Shanahan Rota Systems is a company founded to provide training to the ever expanding Transport and Logistics industry in Ireland. Based in Waterford at DUNGARVAN SOCCER CLUB , the company is ideally situated to serve the south east.

The Company is directed by Anthony Shanahan who has been involved in the transport industry for many years. He holds a First Class BSc (Hons)(Level 8) in Transport and Logistics and a BEng Tech (Automotive Management & Technology) Level 7 both from DIT Bolton Street.

Anthony also holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Transport Management in both Passenger and Road Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Ireland.

Shanahan Rota Solutions will go that extra mile to ensure your training takes place in a relaxed friendly environment.

Driver CPC

If you are a driver of a bus or truck you require a Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card. In order to be eligible to receive a CPC card drivers.

You must attend 35 hours training every five years, one day training per year.

This training was introduced to establish and maintain high standards of road safety and driving amongst professional drivers within Ireland and the EU.

* Module 1 Control of Vehicle and Eco Drive

* Module 2 Minimising Risk and Managing Emergencies in the Transport Industry

* Module 3 Health & Safety of the Professional Driver

* Module 4 Role of the Professional Driver in the Transport Industry

* Module 5 The Professional Truck Driver

* Module 6 The Professional Bus Driver
